  • Those who reported Lindsay Lohan‘s mom was in L.A. to make sure she showed up for her deposition today clearly don’t know Dina Lohan. Mom and daughter partied until 2 a.m., and Lindsay was 22 minutes late to court.
  • Lindsay had a lot riding on the deposition: the judge said if she didn’t show, she’d automatically lose the lawsuit brought by people who claim she held them hostage during a drunken 2007 car ride. [TMZ, TMZ]
  • Sources say lawyers have been “giving her a hard time” during the deposition, or as TMZ puts it, Lindsay‘s being “grilled like a cheeseburger.” [TMZ]
  • Also in Lindsay Lohan legal news, her lawyer, a D.A., and a judge had a [not so] secret meeting today to discuss whether or not she violated her probation by missing alcohol education classes. [Radar]
  • David Boreanaz‘s lawyer and Gloria Allred, who is representing one of his mistresses, are squabbling. Team Angel claims the mistress tried to extort a six figure sum from him, while Allred says they were just negotiating. Allred added, “My client has not told her story to the press, but now that Mr. Boreanaz is attacking her she has decided to tell the story of their relationship, so that the truth will come out.” [TMZ]
