During a Sirius radio interview, Lady Gaga declared, "I'm on the drunk diet ... I like to drink whiskey and stuff while I'm working ... But the deal is, I've got to work out every day, and I work out hung over if I'm hung over." Hmm... surely it's just a coincidence that her boyfriend Luc Carl will soon be promoting his book The Drunk Diet.

My version of the drunk diet:

Step 1: Have a drink. Think, "I'm not going to go crazy tonight."

Step 2: Second drink. Because I can hold my alcohol really well.

Step 3: Of course I want to try that tasty drink. And I totally need that dessert.

Step 4: My hand feels empty. Another drink please!

Step 5: Is it nacho o'clock already?

Step 6: Stagger home, maybe chug some water to rehydrate. (For the healths, natch.)

Step 7: Wake up a few hours later, drink more water.

Step 8: Wake up the next morning, eat a bagel and tell myself I'm too dehydrated to work out.

That's what Gaga does, right?
