Kevin Spacey Wears Hat Insisting He Just 'Retired,' Not That Other Thing

In 2017, Kevin Spacey was fired from House of Cards after actor Anthony Rapp accused Spacey of making unwanted sexual advances toward him when he was only 14. But for some reason, Spacey seems to think he left his lucrative starring role of his volition—perhaps to take up golfing, or canasta?—as evidenced by the fancy new “Retired since 2017″ hat he was spotted wearing over the weekend.

According to a number of tabloid sites (The Daily Mail, TMZ, etc.), Spacey was photographed wearing the aforementioned hat on Sunday, when he brought some paparazzi who were camped out in Baltimore a Domino’s pizza. Spacey, who has reportedly been hiding out in Charm City for some time now, was charged last week with federal sexual assault, having allegedly groped an 18-year-old at a Nantucket bar in 2016.

That charge is in addition to Rapp’s accusation against the actor.Spacey is also being sued by a massage therapist in Los Angeles for alleged assault and battery, and he is under investigation in London for at least six alleged incidents of sexual misconduct. By the looks of this photo, Spacey appears to think this is all quite humorous. Perhaps he will wear his new chapeau on January 7, when he is due in court in Western Massachusetts.
