It has been a really rough week for James Kimondo, guys. Thanks to Kenyan activists who urged women to withhold sex for 7 days as a political protest, he's suffered a great deal of anguish.

Kimondo claims that the week-long sex protest "resulted in stress, mental anguish, backaches and lack of sleep," and is currently suing the women's organization, G-10, for damages. Ann Njogu of the Centers for Rights Education and Awareness, doesn't seem too concerned about the lawsuit: "I have not been served with the papers, but I was told they are coming and I am eagerly waiting. It will be interesting to see the face of a man who is not willing to abstain for the sake of his country." The ban was set into place in order to force leaders to set aside political rivalries for the greater good of the country. [CNN] [BBC]
