It has been nine long years since Judd Apatow’s bromantic comedy Knocked Up hit theaters and for some reason, Katherine Heigl and Seth Rogen are still talking about it and their “feud” that may or may not have been.
In 2008, Heigl gave an interview to Vanity Fair, saying that the movie “paints the women as shrews, as humorless and uptight, and it paints the men as lovable, goofy, fun-loving guys.” Rogen interpreted these comments as a personal insult and told Howard Stern as such on August 8, saying in an interview with the radio host, “I thought she hated us … and it seemed like she didn’t have good experience making [Knocked Up]”
Now, Heigl has finally come to her own defense(?) in order to clear the air once and for all about what was probably not really a feud to begin with, just two people saying words that are a somewhat accurate reflection of how they really feel.
Appearing at a TCA panel on August 10 to promote her new show Doubt, she put an end to this non-beef once and for all, saying:
“I think he’s handled it so beautifully...I feel nothing but love and respect. It was so long ago, and I just wish him so much goodness. I felt that from him, too.”
Knocked Up came out in June 2007. It is now August 2016. Seth Rogen has been braising this very tough cut of beef in the Crock Pot of his mind for nine years. I’m glad this is over and I hope Seth is, too!
Snooki got Botox for the first time and put it on Snapchat for one and all to see.
Here she is getting the “bunny lines” on her nose erased via controlled injections of botulin into her face.
