Jon Hamm's Next Project Is a Tale of 'Yuletide Techno-Paranoia'

Your boyfriend Jon Hamm and his beautiful hair have a new gig! Apparently, he'll be appearing on televisions in the U.K. this December on Black Mirror, a feature-length special comprised of "three interwoven stories of Yuletide techno-paranoia." Sounds Dickensian.

That's according to Variety. As for what it means, good question!

"Black Mirror" is an anthology series that taps into an unease with the modern world. Its stand-alone dramas are satirical tales with a techno-paranoia bent. The series is produced by Barney Reisz, and executive produced by Charlie Brooker and Annabel Jones through their production shingle House of Tomorrow, which is owned by Endemol.

So: Fuck if I know! Presumably it'll be some statement on alienation in the digital age and Hamm will appear as a slick techie peddling some terrible new whatsit that threatens the Christmas spirit. (But, like, in a serious dramatic way.) Maybe we'll finally get the "Him" we deserve, though.
