John Boehner Hints That Obama Is a Loser, Then Says He's Just Trying to Help the President Out

John Boehner went on State of the Union today and proved in his interview with Candy Crowley that he's fast becoming Public Frenemy Number One. He both insulted President Obama and tried to claim he's just giving his pal some constructive criticism. The most subtle jab he delivered came during a discussion of Mitt Romney and whether he's too much of a rich snob to be elected. Boehner said,

The American people do not want to vote for a loser. They don't want to vote for someone who hasn't been successful. I think Mitt Romney has a chance to show the American people that they, too, can succeed.

Yes, they too can succeed if they are born into wealth and given every opportunity in the world. If only all our fathers were super successful executives, we'd be living the American Dream like nobody's business. But, anyway, is John Boehn Jovi suggesting that Obama is the loser that we don't want to vote for? Gasp! How could he? But also if Obama is a loser who has not been successful, then the rest of us are basically lowlife scum who'll never amount to anything. Of course, he could simply be saying that all poor people who haven't made it in this world like Mitt Romney are losers? Either way, maybe you should learn to play nice on the playground, Mr. Speaker, or you won't have any friends.

Of course, he didn't stop there. He also went after the President for fighting against the rate hike on student loans. He said, "The president is getting some very bad advice from his campaign team, because he's diminishing the presidency by picking fake fights, going after straw men every day."

Aww, it's sweet of you to suddenly be so worried about the integrity of the presidency after you and your GOP colleagues repeatedly have called the man who occupies it denigrating things like pathetic and a liar. But Boehner doesn't want to hurt the President's feelings, truly, because, you see, they're pals. And Boehner just wants to give Obama some friendly advice.

The point I've been trying to make here in the last couple of weeks is that the president's bigger than this. Somebody needs to help him out, so I thought I would.

Wow, you're like the much older, much more orange version of the horrible popular girl in high school that says terrible things to other girls under the guise of helping them out. 2SWEET4WORDS. But somehow it still seems no matter how big of a loser John Boehner might think Obama is, he's doing just fine without taking campaign advice from the GOP.
