I think Nikki Reed got it right, actually. When I was young, at least, I always fell for the very feminine, "non-threatening" types; the Hanson brothers and a young Leonardo DiCaprio were postered all over my walls. I think it may have something to do with the fact that grown, overtly masculine men may appear too fatherly and thus unattractive when you're eleven years old. Then again, I grew up to date only women and less-masculine men, so maybe I can only speak for myself?
