Jennifer Aniston Was Replaced on Friends and Nobody Noticed

It’s been over ten years since we said goodbye to Friends, but the much-loved sitcom still has dark secrets yet to be discovered. One of them is, in fact, a mysterious Jennifer Aniston impostor.

In an episode from the show’s ninth season, called, The One with the Mugging, the camera pans towards Joey (Matt LeBlanc) and Rachel in a scene, except Aniston is nowhere to be found. Instead, we see an unknown woman in a plaid shirt (or Aniston’s stand-in) smiling next to Joey. Via Uproxx, Recently Heard’s Jordan D’Amico wrote about the discovery he made during a marathon viewing. Friends fans have eyes like hawks!

This isn’t the first time fans have noticed Friends fuck-ups. Mashable points out another episode in which Courtney Cox’s stand-in was accidentally left in.
