Jemima Kirke on Her Abortion: 'I've Always Been Open About My Stories'

Girls’ Jemima Kirke recently spoke about her abortion for Draw the Line, a campaign launched by the Center for Reproductive Rights to help protect women’s right to safe and legal reproductive health care. “I still see shame and embarrassment around terminating pregnancies, getting pregnant—I still see it,” she says in the video PSA. “So I have always been open about my stories, especially with other women.”
