Color me redneck, but I can't tell which way is supposed to be the front. My guess is that the tie thingy goes in the back, but when she wears it to the front her breasts get better coverage. It looks a lot like something I would have made out of a thrift store prom dress when I was in high school. I would have made it, realized it was a total disaster (because I never did do a very good job with my dress alterations) and thrown it away, or cut it up for scraps.
