I dunno if I would label this as a creepshot, given that "creepshots" as a phenomenon has an gigantic institutional sexism component to it that's missing here.

However, at the very least, the person who took the original pic should have blurred out his face before putting it on the web. Now this poor guy has his visage attached to this pic for the rest of his life, because the web is forever. That's a dick move not a very nice thing to do to a person.
