This "duet" of sorts is of "I'm Not That Girl" from Wicked (the Broadway show for which Menzel won a Tony Award).
Apparently the video is a thank you to a fan who helped with the couple's Samsung's Hope for Children campaign, which generated for funds going to a performing arts camp for underprivileged children.
