GOP Rep Says It's Time to 'Welcome Your Children Who Can Feel Pain'

Here is a bizarre comment from Rep. Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) on the House floor today, at around 3:13: “It is time to welcome your children who can feel pain to the human family.”
