  • The girlfriend of Frankie Muniz — yes, the kid from Malcolm In The Middle — filed a police report claiming that during an argument on Friday he "grabbed a gun and held it to his head, possibly with the intent of committing suicide." Elycia Turnbow says she asked a friend to take him to the hospital, and later during another argument, he "punched her in the back of the head, and threw her into a wall." Muniz says Turnbow assaulted him, and he only went to the hospital because he "fell and hit his head." Police found a loaded gun in their home and both have been charged with disorderly conduct. [TMZ, Star]
  • Muniz's rep says, "Frankie and Elycia had an argument a few days ago. The police were called to the residence. A gun played no part in the argument and was voluntarily given to the police for safekeeping. There were no bruises and neither left the residence. He was not suicidal. She was not assaulted. They have been together since the incident; are still together and are moving forward with their lives and with their relationship." [Us]

  • Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz had lunch with their son on Valentine's Day, even though they're divorcing. What could this possible mean?! (You may be tempted to say they're just dealing with the situation like mature adults, but clearly that can't be it.) [Us]

  • Lindsay's lawyers still haven't seen the surveillance video which allegedly shows LL stealing a necklace. "I'm sure the LAPD and the DA's Office have a good reason for not having turned over a key piece of evidence in this case, but I can't imagine what it is," says her lawyer. [Radra]

  • Charlie Sheen is feuding with his Two and a Half Men bosses and sources say that if they can't work things out the show will be canceled. [TMZ]

Two and a Half Men producer and co-creator Chuck Lorre attacked Charlie in the "vanity card" which appeared at the end of last night's episode. He wrote:

I exercise regularly. I eat moderate amounts of healthy food. I make sure to get plenty of rest. I see my doctor once a year and my dentist twice a year. I floss every night. I've had chest x–rays, cardio stress tests, EKG's and colonoscopies. I see a psychologist and have a variety of hobbies to reduce stress. I don't drink. I don't smoke. I don't do drugs. I don't have crazy, reckless sex with strangers.
If Charlie Sheen outlives me, I'm gonna be really pissed.

Is Two and a Half Men really popular with women? I watched it a couple times and found it to be incredibly misogynistic. I'd be quite please if it does get canceled.
