We've been reading a lot about the awesome costumes in Baz Luhrmann's new epic Australia, but for whatever reason, the sartorial splendor at the film's premiere fell short: Nicole Kidman, High Jackman and the rest of the attendees at Sydney's George Street Greater Union Cinemas looked bizarre — from strange gowns to odd jewels to inexplicable inspirations.
