After Kelsey Harris confirmed that she told prosecutors in Sept. that Tory threatened to shoot her:

“And this was in the car, correct?” Ta asked

“Yes,” she said.

Now in pm session, Harris is saying she can't remember. "Some of those things I stated, they weren't accurate."
