The amazing discovery? "Food does not cause fat." OMG awesome! Wallace's weight-loss method? "Get thin to music, and Nature will make your bodily proportions normal, and keep them so." Just send Wallace cash, and he sends you a "phonograph record." (Ha! We don't think that's how DJ AM lost so much weight.) Wallace's system "gives you things to do—to music—which makes your system use every bit of nourishment." One woman lost 75lbs. — and this was way before Jane Fonda or Crunch Fitness. We're not sure what activities Wallace was asking his clients to do on these recordings, but we're turning up our iTunes.
