Craig Ferguson Will Play a Recluse in New Comedy Pilot

Craig Ferguson back. After exiting as host of The Late Late Show in December, Ferguson’s next move is starring in a pilot for ABC comedy The King of 7B.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Ferguson plays the role of “an agoraphobic recluse” who “ventures outside for the first time in 20 years when he spies what could be his soul mate moving into the building across the street.”

This is destined to be socially awkward and maybe great. Ferguson’s cast mates include Carla Jimenez and Kirby Howell-Baptiste.
