“I’m twice as likely to not graduate high school because I was born in a country that doesn’t provide reasonable child care to both teen and adult moms, so my teenage mother won’t have the ability to finish her education herself, because to provide her with that ability might marginally raise the deficit. Additional causes of me not graduating high school will be an underfunded food stamp program and the inability to enforce child support payments meaning that because the newest members of the GOP read Ayn Rand, I’m likely to suffer malnutrition even though I was born in one of the wealthiest societies in the history of the world.”
