Vanessa Hudgens has boarded the no-photoshop train with her new ad for Bongo. Take that, trixy computer shenanigans.
This is the second season Hudgens has joined forces with the denim brand and this time around, she’s au naturale. According to Fashionista, the campaign is accompanied by the now-mandatory social media hashtag #BongoGetsReal, because it’s not really an ad if there isn’t a cheesy hashtag.
"It’s so important for girls to remember that real beauty shines from within and I’m so proud that Bongo is choosing to send such a positive message with this campaign," Hudgens said in a statement.
Earlier this year, American Eagle's undies brand sidestepped Photoshop with their #AerieReal campaign featuring young ladies in an array of sizes to "encourage body confidence." Here’s to the continuation of this trend and good lighting for those who might need it.
