Bobby Brown Welcomes Baby Girl While Bobbi Kristina in Hospice

Bobby Brown and wife Alicia Etheredge have welcomed a new baby daughter to their family. Ethridge gave birth to the baby at Cedars Sinai hospital in Los Angeles on Saturday. This is Brown’s sixth child, and second with Etheredge whom he married in 2012. The couple’s first is five-year-old son Cassius, reports ET Online. The news is bittersweet, as Bobbi Kristina, Brown’s daughter with Whitney Houston, has remained in hospice care since mid-June. In January, the 22-year-old was found unconscious in her bathtub and put in a medically-induced coma.

Brown struggled through a July 4 performance in Atlanta last week, forgetting lyrics and telling fans he was in a “different zone.” Other members of Brown’s family have been banned from visiting Bobbi Kristina after news that a “deathbed photo” was being shopped around for more than $100,000. According to TMZ, hospice security claims a Brown family member took the pic. Leolah Brown, Bobbi Kristina’s aunt, wrote a long Facebook post defending her family, saying that the picture of her niece, “was taken when NO other Brown was around her.”
