Behold the Miss Korea Pageant in All Its Surgically Modified Glory

One of the many women who received heat online for having undergone plastic surgery has won the Miss Korea beauty pageant; Yoo Ye-bin, a 21 year old college student, will go on to compete to be Miss Universe next week.

A recap: last month, a user on Reddit posted photos of Miss Korea contestants, alleging that “Korea’s plastic surgery mayhem is finally converging on the same face” – South Korea has higher plastic surgery rates than any other country – because of the similiarities beween all the contestants. The judges apparently could tell the difference; they chose Ye-bin out of 20 finalists.
