I am such a Daddy's Girl. Here he is in high school. I have inherited so much from him, my love of film, music, whiskey, etc. Currently 57 years old, he still "spins vinyl" (his words) at his fave dive bar. I still don't think I will ever be as cool as this man.

A 7 year old me, my grandpa and soon to be dad right before my parents' wedding in 1981. He's been a great dad for 32 years, even though we hit a rough teenage patch. I hope I get him for 32 more!
I'm actually not speaking to my dad right now for personal family reasons, but I miss him. This is one of my favourite pictures of my dad. We used to horseplay all the time and being kids we all wanted attention RIGHT NOW so he let us climb on his shoulders at the same time and I think my aunt took this picture.
