Well, since it turns the muscle to FAT, the real takeaway is "Botox makes people fat." Which is pretty awesome, considering the level of vanity (and delusion) involved in Botoxing. Maybe the injectable trend will finally die because of this news.

It's absolutely astounding how many Americans don't understand what insurance IS. Including this woman. People don't complain about car insurance or life insurance that they never use. It's why it's "insurance." It only works if we all pay into it.

It's sad that we live in a Glenn Beck world where anyone could think for a moment this stuff was real, but yes, it's well-known to be satire.

I saw this last night and it was so creepy. Not the doctor himself, but the "I'm a Watson Baby" part and Steve Hartmann's gross double entendres!

Every time I go to Web MD it tells me I either have hypothermia or MS. Since I'm usually not treading water in the north Atlantic when I enter my symptoms, it's always a freak-out.

The "in costume" clue could be throwing everyone off. Almost anything could be a costume - a tuxedo, for example. Even the same regular-looking clothing worn three days in a row for filming (along with makeup) could be a costume. I think she just meant it was the first time she saw him in his own clothes.
