Ipsy is very hit or miss. I thought this month's bag was pretty cute, though. Last month's bag I thought was a monstrosity with that grey, yellow, and blue flower print. Oh, wow, I hadn't heard of anyone getting New Wave! I'm jealous! People seem to either swear by the primer or say it's totally unnecessary, so you could probably give it a try without the primer. The stained glosses just do not have the staying power that the regular lip tars do, so I don't know that the primer does… Read more

From what I've read, Japanese and Korean beauty products are more regulated than those in the US. I imagine they don't include Chinese products because they don't have as stringent policies in place, unfortunately. Read more

Some are more customizable than others, but I definitely get you on the colors. I've found some colors that I thought wouldn't look good on me that looked great, and a color that I thought would look cute on me that just looked horrible. Read more

Oh, it's a perfectly fine eyeliner! I just don't use eyeliner all that often and I have a billion eyeliners from all my beauty boxes because beauty boxes love giving out eyeliner. So, I have nothing against the Julep eyeliner, really, it's just not going to get much use from me. Read more

I've heard great things about Anastasia, but this is my first time trying one of their products. I would probably prefer a tinted brow gel more from them. Once the clear one dried, the glue feeling went away, but it was still a weird feeling. Read more
