A federal judge struck down Idaho's ban on same-sex marriage on Tuesday. The ruling clears the way for gay and lesbian couples to get married as soon as Friday, the Idaho Statesman reports. In her decision, U.S. Magistrate Judge Candy Dale said the laws stigmatize same-sex couples and "relegate their families to second-class status without sufficient reason."

By the end of 2015, I honestly see all 50 states adopting this. There is literally no legal reason for continuing these bans and finally enough people are taking these states and the bigots who support them to task.
