I love that she's wearing what appears to be a Barbie as Rapunzel and/or the 12 Dancing Fairies dress.

It's just a kind of sweet little reminder that parents everywhere are having the same "No, you really *can't* wear a costume outside! Okay fine, but hurry up!" argument everywhere. Little kids will be little kids, whether it's in America, Iraq, China, or where ever else they may be.
