Oh, boy. Champion of reasonable discourse Bill O'Reilly is currently working on a book about the death of Jesus Christ. "Killing Jesus: A History" will be a follow up to O'Reilly's other thrillers "Killing Lincoln" and "Killing Kennedy," both of which we all have read and loved.
The book is described by the publisher as a retelling of "the story of Jesus of Nazareth as a beloved and controversial young revolutionary brutally killed by Roman soldiers... O'Reilly will recount the seismic political and historical events that made his death inevitable, and the changes his life brought upon the world for the centuries to follow."
Alright, now who wants to take bets on whether or not O'Reilly changes Jesus from a gentle, groovy hippie into a capitalism-loving hater of Mexican immigrants? Anyone?
