Chico the border collie is something of anomaly: although her eyes were removed when she was a puppy, she still manages to play ball with her owner, navigate turf around her home in Terre Haute, Indiana, and hop into the car with no problem. The owners, as well as expert researchers at Purdue University, are stumped by her abilities.
