Honey Boo Boo Struggles With Bodily Functions

Once again, on last night’s penultimate episode of Here Comes Honey Boo Boo the family did a whole lot of nothing — playing BINGO, fucking up a makeup tutorial, going shopping with Miss Georgia 2011 — but through it all, as with every episode, their exploits were gas-powered. And now we can add long streams of snot to their repertoires.

Alana and Mama met up with Miss Georgia 2011 to go shopping, learn about pageants and basically just to have some kind of activity to film. The beauty queen took it upon herself to chastise Alana — who was speaking with her mouth full of cake — about her manners, but Alana responded appropriately by farting loudly and then acknowledging the fart to the table. It’s good that she’s keeping it real. For her, the only thing that needs to be refined is sugar. More cake please!

Speaking of cake, on last night’s episode they purportedly celebrated Alana’s sixth birthday with a party. This was filmed some time before Chickadee gave birth in July. But Alana’s birthday is at the end of August. And she turned seven this year. It was a weird continuity error.

The best part of the episode was at the end when, during an interview, Alana sneezed in a big way, and a long stream of snot blew out of each nostril. She didn’t know what to do, so she just sat there, with her hand over her face for about 70 seconds before getting up and walking away.
