Drew Barrymore has been a busy lady. A few months ago, she got engaged to the very dreamy Will Kopelman, and now it seems like they might already be expecting a little bundle of joy. Will and Drew were seen leaving a doctor's office in Beverly Hills, and she was holding something that looked suspiciously like a sonogram printout.

Is this definitive enough proof for you that she is with child? She was also clutching a lollipop in the photo, which is adorable, though not terrible revealing. TMZ asked her rep about the status of any potential buns in Drew's oven and got a "no comment." Hmm, well, if she is pregnant, that would be happy news indeed. She seems like she'd be a pretty cool mom. Of course, it's also possible that she was carrying an ultrasound of a bundle of lovely kidney stones or some such thing. So we should probably wait for official confirmation before we allow E.T. to hop in our bike basket and ride all the way over the moon. [TMZ]

When Jennifer Aniston first met Justin Theroux five years ago, she said she was a little unsure about him:

I thought, "He is very sweet and he was always very nice." But I remember thinking he was very dark. At first you think he could be like a serial killer but he is actually the nicest person in the world.

Or he is the nicest serial killer in the world. Think about it, Jen. [Showbiz Spy]

Taylor Swift wasn't about to let being single on Valentine's Day get her down. She told Ellen DeGeneres that she threw a "pathetic single girls party." Not, she is quick to say, that she thinks single girls are pathetic. At her party she and her guests, "just ate whatever we wanted and danced. We made these little profile cards about why we're single." Yeah, pathetic is not the first word I would use to describe that party, but to each her own. [Us]

Fans of literature, rejoice! It's been announced that Justin Bieber is coming out with another book in the fall. It will be "the second official photographic book" from the Biebbysitter, and it promises yet another look into the inner sanctum of Bieberworld. Sounds like a great read. [CBS]

Continuing on the lit tip: Stephen Colbert is set to release a children's book about a flagpole in May. It's called, I Am a Pole (And So Can You!). He said this about his new project: "I hope the minutes you and your loved ones spend reading it are as fulfilling as the minutes I spent writing it." Perfect. [OMG!]

  • It seems Lindsay Lohan is taking her upcoming role as Liz Taylor very seriously. She's studying up by watching all of Taylor's movies and reading biographies about her. Let's just hope she doesn't immerse herself so completely that she feels the need to get married eight times before filming commences at the end of March. [TMZ]

  • After saying all manner of nasty things about Ashton Kutcher and Two and a Half Men, Charlie Sheen is attempting to make nice by apologizing for what he said about Kutcher—though not for the rest of the shit he spewed. He still thinks the show sucks. That apology would probably be a lot more meaningful if anyone actually cared about what he thought. [E!]
