Dr. Conrad Murray will have quite a long time to ponder the proper use of propofol. Three weeks after being found guilty of manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson, he's received the maximum sentence for the crime: Four years in jail. The judge said he went hard on Murray because, "He has absolutely no sense of remorse and absolutely no sense of fault, and he's dangerous." He continued, "There are those who believe Dr. Murray is a saint. There are those who believe Dr. Murray is the devil. He is neither. He is a human being." [E!]
Due to California's prison troubles, Murray will probably only serve half of his sentence. [TMZ]
