As expected, Lindsay Lohan's lawyer entered a no contest plea today in her necklace theft case, "setting the stage for a summer of confinement, counseling and community service." Sounds like fun! Lindsay said in a statement that she's already started her community service and, "I hope to be able to fulfill my obligation without any press attention. I think the media spotlight should be on issues such as homelessness and domestic violence instead of on me." The judge added more counseling to her sentence because the probation report said she was drinking in December and February. [AP]
Lindsay also said, "I am glad to be able to put this past me and move on with my life and my career. I support the judge's decision and hold myself accountable for being in this situation." [E!]
TMZ has a copy of the probation report. Apparently Lindsay is on birth control and medication for heartburn and depression, which the public definitely needs to know. [TMZ]
Who would buy that photo of Lindsay as a vampire? Backstreet Boy A.J. McLean, that's who. And he paid $30,000 to $40,000 for the print. [Radar]
