Renee Zellweger and Bradley Cooper Split Up

Latest

Bradley Cooper and Renee Zellweger will sadly no longer be putting their hands in the backs of one another’s jean pockets. The couple, who first met six years ago while filming Case 39, which I’m sure at least one of you remembers as being…good? bad? one of those, had been dating for nearly two years. That’s a pretty long time considering both have been in marriages that fizzled in less than six months. Both parties are refusing to comment, which is a very respectable option, coughCorey Bohancough. [US Magazine]

Isla Fisher is set to star as one of the female leads in the lady version of “The Hangover”, called “Desperados”. The film sends a trio of women on a “quixotic mission” with all of the wacky antics that an “outrageous road trip” can provide. We can only hope this “lady version” doesn’t simply mean “just as much belching, burping, and screwing as the boys’ version!” [LA Times]

The Strokes reportedly hated every minute of making their new record and just thought you should know that while you’re listening to it and loving it, the band (who says that lead singer Julian Casablancas decided to record his vocals “remotely” in order to challenge his band mates to think for themselves), are trying to forget it the whole thing ever happened. Which is definitely one way to drum up excitement for your album. [Reuters]
