Gabrielle Giffords Tweets Birthday Message To Husband

In her first public words since the Arizona shooting, today Gabrielle Giffords Tweeted birthday wishes to her husband Mark Kelly and his twin brother Scott, who is currently commanding the International Space Station.

Giffords also thanked TIRR Memorial Hermann hospital for getting her husband a cake, and linked to a photo on her Facebook page.

She added on Facebook, “Happy Birthday Mark and Scott! Thanks for the cake TIRR. Scott, we hope you get something yummy up there today!”
