Artist Creates Dress Using 14,235 Rubber Bands

New York architect Margarita Mileva is known for turning rubber bands into gorgeous jewelry. For her latest creation, she wove nine pounds of the ubiquitous office supply into a cocktail dress inspired by painter Paul Klee and the Bauhaus movement.
