During judging last night, Tyra and the panel entered Theater of the Absurd territory by putting on a performance—that included Sesame Street-esque props, special effects, and live farm animals—to inform the girls that they're going to New Zealand.
I love this tradition (started a few cycles back) of dangling this overseas travel opportunity in front of the girls before judging, so that the girl who got sent home would know what she was missing out on.

And lastly, my new love is Pat Cleveland. I can't help but be grateful to Tyra for introducing me to several campy, former models—who still have their Studio 54 makeup on—particularly ones who say things like, "This is how I feel: Like a bird getting ready to take off. You know what I mean?"
