Best Comment Of The Day, in response to Jaime Pressly Recommends Axe For Cleaning Dirty Balls: "This is a nice departure for Axe. I was getting pretty tired of all of their ads suggesting that Axe be sprayed on assholes." • Best Comment Of The Day, in response to Sarah & Bristol Palin Push Pro-Life Message In New In Touch: "Is it an Alaska thing to always have your hair in a partial updo, like you're going to the Homecoming dance? Or is this just a Palin trait, much like pushing your fertility choices (notice the word choice) on others?" • Best Comment Of The Day, in response to Sarah & Bristol Palin Push Pro-Life Message In New In Touch: "Yeah, Sarah Palin named her son Trig to remind us that premarital sex is a sine. She went on a tangent when she found out Bristol was pregnant." • Best Comment Of The Day, in response to Sarah & Bristol Palin Push Pro-Life Message In New In Touch:
*Sigh* I'm sure they're happy they choose to have their fetuses develop to term, but they didn't choose "life" anymore than someone who does not grow a fetus to term is choosing "death". You can't choose life, life is not within our control. You can choose death for yourself and others, but not for something inside of you that is a part of your body at that point.
This is part of the shaming. It's disgusting.
I understand that many parents are devestated by the loss of their fetus, but its their hope for a child that is what they morn, not a life that never was, its the life that might have been. People don't deserve condemnation for not choosing a possibility, they chose another possibility that involved their own life and what was good for them.
I'm going to stop now.
