A new study has found that men who routinely garden are less likely to experience erectile dysfunction than their sedentary peers.

Researchers found that gardening for even 30 minutes a week is enough to dramatically improve men’s performance in bed. However, it is not the dirty vegetables that make men hornier. Although headlines proclaim that “Gardening really can help you make the earth move,” any type of regular exercise can get the same results. Low levels of physical activity are enough to reduce the risk of impotence by around 38%. [Telegraph UK]
