  • For the first time, Mel Gibson has responded to scandal over his crazed rants in his own words, saying in court documents, "I felt that Oksana repeatedly attempted to push my emotional ‘buttons' to provoke me during the calls."
  • Mel denies that he ever threatened to hurt baby Lucia, saying, "My children are the most precious part of my life." He also entered into evidence a text message which he says proves Oksana was trying to extort him. She wrote, "U r keep saying that ull take care of us in the most generous way. wooo i love angela lansbury. crazy ole kook. one of my clients worked with her during her broadway show. apparently she only drinks this one tea where the leaves are picked by monkeys. and there was only one place in manhattan that sold it. i dunno how exactly having monkeys pick your tea leaves enhances their flavour, but i was enthralled.
