That was a bery informative article for me, I'm glad I clicked on it. I've been worried about my consumption of sugar because until recently I'd reached a point where I ate dessert after each meal, plus at breakfast and with the afternoon coffee. Then I tried a very effective (to me anyway) way to cut it down: I started eating dessert only at breakfast. Being told that breakfast food is the easiest to burn throughout the day helped with my motivation. It's been 5 months and I feel very good about this decision. I also lost about 2.5-3 kg (5-6 pounds).
