Drake leads the pack of Dirt Bags again this evening, whether or not he deserves it (which honestly I can’t tell you), with an item about a recent lawsuit.

On Tuesday, Drake filed a lawsuit in the Los Angeles County Superior Court against model Layla Lace who he claims falsely said the rapper impregnated and assaulted her.

Rolling Stone reports that Drake has accused Lace of civil extortion, fraud, defamation, abuse of process and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Drake says in the lawsuit that he had consensual sex with Lace at a hotel in Manchester, England last year, and that after she acted at times as if the two were in a “fantasy relationship.” The lawsuit contends that “there is no credible evidence of pregnancy, nor any baby, which would have been born to [Lace] last fall.”

Drake’s lawyers are reportedly wanting to go to trial in order to win “actual and compensatory damages,” “exemplary and punitive damages,” and a permanent injunction against Lace.

I did not know Kesha had a song in the new Ruth Bader Ginsburg movie On the Basis of Sex. I wish it were Christmas tomorrow, because that’s the movie’s release date.

This should be every movie’s theme song. The Lord of the Rings trilogy, for instance, would really have benefitted from a number like this

If you would have told me that the girl who sang about whiskey for toothpaste would someday become the woman for all women, I would have never believed it.
