The beautiful disaster that is Peter Pan LIVE! doesn't air for about a month, and NBC is already scoping out their next live televised performance. Rumor has it Aaron Sorkin's play-turned-feature film, A Few Good Men may be the next victim and that NBC is in early stages of getting Sorkin to tailor the script for a live TV broadcast.

Okay, why this story? The Tom Cruise/Jack Nicholson version so overshadows the the fact that this originally was a play, I don't know why they don't do some other play that could translate well to the medium. Maybe one of the August Wilson plays, something by Sam Shepherd, or some other stage story that can fit the medium.
