13-Year-Old Gosselin Twins Give the Today Show the Silent Treatment

Latest

Oh my god there is nothing like a teenage death glare.

This morning on Today, Kate Gosselin and two of her daughters, Mady and Cara, appeared to talk about how things are going in the family. When Savannah Guthrie asked Mady how she and her sister are doing, she was met with an awkward silence.

Mom prompted: “Mady, your words. Spit it out.” This resulted in a glare.

Then Savannah asked Cara to weigh in.

There was silence.

And then: DOUBLE DEATH GLARE.

It was so amazingly cringe-inducing. Later during the interview, Kate Gosselin said: “I can’t get them to do — at this age, at 13 — anything they don’t want to do.” Understatement of the year? Long live the teenage death glare.
