As far as first world problems go, air travel is one of the worst. When you are on the plane, there is no leg room, you have to negotiate armrest real estate with your seat partner and flight attendants give you the side eye when you simply ask for the warm chocolate cookie that you were promised (never forgive, never forget, Midwest Airlines). The frustration doesn't end once you reach the layover airport that you will probably be stuck at for hours. 'Lululemon Killer' Brittany Norwood Gets Life in Prison

Brittany Norwood, the woman who was charged last March with murdering her Lululemon co-worker Jayna Murray at the Maryland store where the two women worked, was found guilty this Saturday of murder in the first degree and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. The March 11 murder occurred as the result of an argument between the two women that erupted after Murray, a then graduate student at Johns Hopkins Univeristy, caught 29-year-old Norwood stealing a pair of yoga pants. Norwood then attacked and killed Murray, delivering 330 blows with five different weapons to Murray's body. In attempt to cover up the murder, Norwood inflicted minor wounds on her own body, bound her limbs, and fabricated a story about two third-party attackers, which investigators believed for a few days before unravelling the truth. If you're a regular gym-goer, you know the type: They use the same bike during every spin class, wear coordinating spandex outfits, and suck up to the instructor like it's their goddamn job. Doree spoke to a 29-year-old Brooklyn architect who says she always takes yoga from the same teacher (and hangs with teach outside of class) because "It's a pleaser thing...I mean, I want her to like me...There's never a time anymore where people say, 'Good job.
