I think Big calls the whole thing off. It gets too out of hand for his taste (200? come on!). Somehow I don't think they get married in this movie but there is gonna be a sequel. Big i believe is standing in Carrie's closet holding a pair of shoes (is he at her old place?) I think that is the ending of the movie, Big comes back for her and he's holding A pair of shoes or shall I say Choos (a twisted cinderella like story) They will probably leave us hanging in the end thirsting for more...

I cannot wait for this movie. I didn't have HBO when the show was running, so I rented the DVDs long after it had ended. I loved every second. Yes, Carrie's whiny, yes Charlotte's an annoying perfectionist, yes Samantha's a slut, and yes Miranda's too picky. But that's why this show was so good - the characters were so distinct. And now, several years after the show has been off the air, women still proclaim proudly, via cheezy MySpace quizes and tacky jewelry, "I'm a [Carrie/Miranda/Charlotte/Samantha/Stanford/Magda]!"

I kinda wish they hadn't made a movie. Sorta ruins the magic. But I'll still see it on opening night!
