They are real, people. The nipples are level, they are 60 degrees opposed, there is no plastic looking sheen due to the skin being stretched too thin (it has the life glow) , there is no pillowing, pleating or voids along the skin and subcutaneous fat surface along the cleavage or side. The breasts react to gravity, deforming naturally when standing or prone. There is no scar along the underside of the areola.

If they are not real, her plastic surgeon is excellent, and her skin would have had to have been very loose along the underlying breast tissue. This is extrodinarily rare.

Taking this into consideration, I'd have to say the odds are 99% that they are real.

To be 100% certain, I'd have to actually feel them. It certainly is on my list of things to do.

Breasts are really just a reflection of body fat percentage, so it seems really weird that she looks like 5% body fat everywhere else on her body but looks 40% fat in the chest. I think thats what makes it so dubious.
