@AmazonRedheadedUberVixen: You are definitely not alone. I loved Alias (up until the last 2 seasons that is) but she is strictly small screen. And even though she always plays to the minivan majority (tm Lainey), let's not forget that she hooked up with Ben Affleck while he was still engaged to J.Lo and wasn't above getting pregnant to get her man to the altar. Of course, Ben totally deserves to be saddled with a simpering, boring 'nice girl' after the way he treated my girl Jennifer Lopez. @PhillyLass: I kind of feel you're reading too much into it. As in, these are celebrities who probably need all the concentration they can muster in order to walk straight and avoid the masses of photogs crowding them. Walking in unison with one's partner is probably the last thought on one's mind. If I were a celeb, I wouldn't be thinking about where my man is, I'd be formulating a plan of walking ("alright, so there's a bunch of them ahead, maybe cross the street, but then there's some in the crosswalk and ahead on the other side, so maybe cross the street on an angle and then cross back over and dear gods, I just made a stupid face and it's soooo going to be all over the net and I think my baby needs a diaper change and I need a drink smile smile smile").
But that's me; he could just be an inconsiderate ass.
Also, wouldn't it be more chivalrous to walk ahead of one's lady so as to protect her from the ravenous paparazzi hordes?
