Ah, the divine must have a sense of humor. The WORST is huge people with neither T nor A. The only good part of gaining a bit of weight for me is that my chest gets bigger. Where's the silver lining for these people?

@Martita: I use four different machines at the gym to make sure I don't exercise my booty away! At home, lunges are great - especially if you do them deep (bring your back knee almost to the floor - make sure to keep your back straight and go slowly for form). Another good one is getting down on all fours then stretching one leg out and up into the air so it's parallel with the floor. Even better if you add ankle weights.

I was recently visiting the in-laws in Sweden for about a week and my MIL had a box of Special K on the breakfast table every morning. On the box was a picture of a slim woman in jeans, focused just on her ass really. And the whole thing was eat Special K and have this ass! But the thing is it was one of those hideous somehow simulatenously pair shaped and flat pancake asses. It's like they were saying, "Eat our cereal, lose your ass, have great difficulty buying pants!" This woman doesn't understand why anyone wants a bigger ass, I personally never understood the appeal of the flat ass and hope to never end up with one.

@lisas: I like my ass, and while I don't think I'd use an ass-enhancer, that's more to do with comfort than anything else. I also don't generally wear padded bras (although it can be hard to find a bra w/out padding, but that's a different topic).

That said - I do often dress to enhance my backside, even though Glamour would have me believe I need to wear butt minimizing jeans.

In my humble, white-bread raised but big butt devotee opinion, middle and late-middle aged white women, of the affluently accomplished or at least aspirational, do. not. like. sex. period. They like to look good: have perfect hair, perfect skin, perfect fashion taste and perfect money. BUT THEY DO NOT LIKE THE SWEATY, SMELLY INCONVECIENCE OF SEX. So they wanna be 'no-asses' like the vast majority of women on the runway. For them, this empty status is uber sexuality. I see them all the time in my neighborhood, with really nice clothes, but absolutely no sexual attractiveness at all, and often have the chance to eavesdrop on their convos. I have no use for such women, and truly believe that somewhere deep in the Coco hearts (as in Chanel) they miss that interaction.
